Chapter 5 is in the history books.
My timing couldn't be better. Today I wrapped up chapter 5 on Cozy MkIV plans #0158. Tomorrow I head to Oshkosh! This is starting out a great week!
Over the weekend I trimmed the front and rear of the sides to 101.75 and today I did the spar cut out. Chapter 5 is done!   Chapter 5 Done! I have a short punchlist of things I want to do before I actually start on chapter 6: 1: sand the inside of the sides. I didn't peel ply everything and there are somes oopsies and stuff I want to clean up. 2: Small oopsie wher I started through the top longeron in the rear. Only cut about 1/8" into it. Will fill with flox. 3: Measure location and test fit each bulkhead and trim for good fit. 4: Double check all critial dimensions. Now is the time to fix anythign out of whack.
