Right. But you already cut out the pockets in front of where the ailerons will be, so just go another 0.5" to 1" in front of that on the outboard side where your arrow is. You can always shine a light from below to see the cutout section and make sure where you are.

The two shaded areas in your diagram will be mostly sanded away later on when glassing that pocket, and the red dot looks like a good location for the conduit, want to stay in front of the pocket, not on top because that foam will be gone.

The hinges are on top of that cutout, and won't be anywhere near the conduit.

Follow-up: It turned out well. Starting at 4.8" aft of the shear web at the wing root (per plans), and passing 1.5" forward of the aileron tip, the straight run of conduit intersected the 1.2" line (parallel to, and fwd of, the TE) at about 5" from the wing tip. This allowed for a gentle bend to point the conduit to the future location of the hidden belhorn.

Good job!
The wings and winglets are a terrific motivator.
You can create large parts and make some quick progress.
