Default Chapter 5 is in the history books.

My timing couldn't be better. Today I wrapped up chapter 5 on Cozy MkIV plans #0158. Tomorrow I head to Oshkosh! This is starting out a great week!

Over the weekend I trimmed the front and rear of the sides to 101.75 and today I did the spar cut out. Chapter 5 is done!

Chapter 5 Done!

I have a short punchlist of things I want to do before I actually start on chapter 6:
1: sand the inside of the sides. I didn't peel ply everything and there are somes oopsies and stuff I want to clean up.
2: Small oopsie wher I started through the top longeron in the rear. Only cut about 1/8" into it. Will fill with flox.
3: Measure location and test fit each bulkhead and trim for good fit.
4: Double check all critial dimensions. Now is the time to fix anythign out of whack.

Congrats Ed!
In no time at all you'll be in the 'Flintstone' stage.

Keep at it.
