Question Laying more plies on cured LG bulkhead hardpoints

Well, I laid up all 22 plies for the LG bulkhead hardpoints, and another ply as well, but still ended up just shy of 1/4" thick when it cured. Since I peel plied both sides, I'm thinking I'm good to just lay another couple of plies over the workpiece and peel ply of the new layups. Any cautions?

He means no. Adding additional plys will be fine in this application.

If the dip is small, and only one side, wait to bring it up flush until you pile on the reinforcing glass plies in a later chapter.

Landing gear opening needs to be flush/smooth else you'll have [minor] issues installing the LG stuff. Unless you're making your own bits...

john is right ! the long story is there is about 20 things you'll do to the bulk heads and 2 plys will not change them, that said, extra is not good on this light bird. there are some that ignore this basic rule and there plane if and when it is done will be a pig
so what john is saying is eat well this meal but go easy on the desert
