Default Aircraft Spruce customer service

Ordered some rivets from ACS, a mistake was made in shipping the correct number....no big deal, mistakes happen.
So, emailed customer support and was told
"Per the warehouse manager in that facility, he states that the weight and
the inventory is correct that was sent"
14 emails latter and 4 phone calls I told them I either wanted an RA or a shipping track number, they agreed to send out the about $8 dollars in rivets, never did I hear they could have made a mistake.
I have been an ACS customer for over 20 years, I think it is time to look at other suppliers!

I've never had a problem, they must have been having a bad day.

They count those rivets by weight, so may have had a problem there, depending upon how many you ordered. I have a bunch of rivets I don't need, will send them to you if you want.

Wicks is a bit more expensive, but a day quicker I've found

Thanks for the offer of the rivets, The project can wait another week especially since the weather here will not be flyable this weekend.
ASC West was the problem and hopefully they have fixed it.
My dealings in the past have been so smooth and easy that I was taken back by this interaction. I felt I was being told we never make a mistake so you must be wrong or trying to scam us out of a few dollars in rivets.

You have the ability to select shipping & fulfillment from either the East or West warehouse.
I've never been disappointed with the performance of the Atlanta site.

ACS has been a great supplier for me... too bad this order didn't go well for you. Perhaps it won't happen again.
