Default Rudder Cable Spring - Hidden Belhorn

My Velocity is not equipped with a drawbar spring such as what is outlined in the hidden belhorn plans that are common to our EZ type planes.

I'd like to install this and have found one on McMaster. Any suggestions as to how strong of a spring I should be gunning for?
